normally £50-£70 ish providing their are no seized bolts ..

I got my gearbox rebuilt by ali , also done the set up on my car as well . Was pulling to the left before he sorted it for me .i have never been in as clean a garage , he keeps the place spotless , i suppose when your rebuilding engines all the time you need the place to be clean .

wot settings do u put in, got an 02 sti, lowered on tiens springs, wud need her checked over..... and deffo front adjusted.

depends on what you are doing with your car .. circuit racing will be different from road use ..
