Default Nurburgring March 2008

Was there with 71/200 (Stu), had a great time even though it rained on the laps i did. Kept costs down by doing a spot of camping!!!Looking forward to going again next year

id love to go there at some point maybe take the fiesta when its finished, did you drive the impreza's there track them then drive them home?

LOL, by the way folks the Audi with the Scoob spoiler is nothing to do with us!

I was working/Living in Germany at the time so the car was with me. Karl drove over tracked and drove back.

Its a great experiance all round over at the Ring.

It loks like you lads were there for a VLN race meeting or was it just a test / track day??

I haven't been this year at all Used to like my trips over with my mates for VLN races with their Spec C!

Yes Gav, VLN ran on the Saturday nice and dry! Sunday Public day, well the pics say it all. Not good for a Ring virgin like Karl but he did well!

I was thinking the same thing and its the first RHD Ive seen.
I had a very nice man driving one at kirkiston complain that they placed a boy racer like me in a scoob between him and his friend (driving a MGB GT). It made it feel sooooo much better when I lapped him
