All the best with it Stefan. Like Drew, I have recruited many and disappointed many more with the decisions taken. If you need any advice for the day (and i'm sure you won't) the offer is there. If you are in need of employment to keep things turning over in the short term, I may be able to help you out, afraid it wont be in your chosen field of expertise though.

Look them in the eye as you give your answers and shake their hands firmly as you thank them for their time as you leave. Oh and I have never made an offer of employment to anyone who's shoes were not shiny!!!
