Left my scooby in for a service today.

Left my car with a memeber from the site a month or two ago to get a new gasket put in between the exhaust and the turbo as it was blowing out on the exhaust side,one was got from oma he told me, after him having it over a week i got it back and was heading home when it started blowing out again at the turbo, wasn't at all happy as i had to replace a brand new tyre because the muppet took a chunk out of it! But anyway the car was left today with an ex subaru mechanic, he called me this afternoon saying that he couldn't get the bolts out that join the turbo and exhaust and was it ok to go ahead an cut them out. A few hours later he rang back to tell me there was no gasket there, just a **** load of sealant!!!! Gasket was never put in the car, he tryed to bluff me off with trying to seal around it! So the car has had to be left over nite untill he gets a gasket tomorow.

ejit yes, but i wouldn't name and shame, if anyone is getting anything done to there car with someone from the site pm me and i'll tell you who it was.

it's a good job he only got half the money for the job, he was getting the rest of the money later than evening only i found out that he had ****ed my tyre!

What would it achieve?
Simple if hes done a shoddy job simply dont use/recommend him again,just because he's a member of this site doesnt mean he'll do a good job.
