    just a few wee pics of wat i got up to over the weekend i havent liked the look of my gold wheels for a while and they were really badly stone chipped so time for a refurb and new colour...... wat yall think????

    i had to use the halfords stuff i work there ha ha.. nah man i never want to sand another alloy wheel again to many hours of my life now missing...ha

    Nice work, makes a big difference to the car.
    At least you had help sanding yours! I wasn't arrsed sanding mine dats why I got them sandblasted, to hard to get all the bad paint off by hand.
    Best thing about it, if ya mark a wheel ya can touch it up too!

    Hard to beat a bit of DIY!

    Get them sandblasted (quick but costs a bit) or sand them yourself (cheap but a pain in theass) can of primer, few coats, pick a paint colour, spray a few coats. Mine are matt so no need laqure and rub down, but if ya want that shinky look they will need clear coated. Its easy done as long as you take your time.
