Double Glazed Windows

Looking for a bit of advice or even a name of someone that can help. Over the past couple of weeks and the recent strong winds I noticed a high pitched whistling noise coming from one of my double glazed windows. Doing a bit of research on this it seems that the packing may need replacing and should be completed by a competent person. Anyway I have been on with the company that installed these some 4 years ago and as usual they are saying it is nothing to do with them even though they have a lifetime warranty and wont come out to look at them until the new year. Does anyone know of someone that could come out and have a look at the windows and make a suggestion or fix the problem?
