They are on the inside of the drivers door John, 34psi all round iirc. Just remember they are cold tyre pressures and if you have to drive over 1 mile (I think it is) then your three are no longer considered cold and you need to use more pressure, around 40-41psi iirc.

kwik-fit are now filling tyres with nitrogen for a quid a corner

The company claims that because the nitrogen molecules used are bigger and drier than compressed air usually used to inflate tyres, they are therefore less prone to leaking or evaporating from a tyre and can keep up tyre pressure for longer.

Experts say that running on tyres that have a reduced tyre pressure of as little as four psi can increase fuel bills by five per cent. So, by using nitrogen, the 19.5 million British motorists driving on under-inflated tyres could cut their annual fuel bill by £62.50 each – a combined saving of £1.2 billion.

David White, Kwik-Fit customer services director, commented: "There's plenty of good reasons to replace the compressed air in your tyres with Nitrogen, and at only £1 per tyre, we expect to be busy."

40 for warmed up tyres Stu, 32/34 is perfect for cold tyres.
If you have just driven your car anything over a mile and stick the pressure gauge on and it reads 34psi then your pressures are low.

Which is why you are best putting air in tyres when it hasnt moved for a few hours.
Thought I worded my first post good enough to understand.

Also the lower profile tyres the more pressure needed.

As long as you dont exceed the recommended PSI thats on the side wall I'd prefer overflated to underinflated.

I'd say 95% of people do, when you drive to garage they warm up! unless you live nextdoor to the garage.

There is a great article on whitelines webby that explains it better than I ever could.

Did you not mention on Scoobynet

same sizes here and I'm using 34/32.

40/38 is way over the top imo.

    Yes Michael I did,
Dont get confused by what I am saying. If you know you have 34psi in your tyres when cold, you then drive and decide to check the pressures the pressures will rise and be higher, then when cold will drop again.

If you put 34psi into your tyres when they are warm (after driving) then they are underflated!

The pressures stated on car b pillars and handbooks are COLD pressures.

Since you are so good at finding previous posts Michael just look up a few, I have said 34 all round unless they are warmed up!
