Whats the bleeps? One thing I need you for is the prosport pressure gauge setting it up to not flash when the ignition is on but not running (i.e no pressure and it warning you rightly). The datasheet tells u how to do it, I've set it at a nominal couple of clicks above 0 and it still does it. I've seen Shaks doing it, is there a special sequence?

Bleep sounds are long gone now!. High pressure, nope, didn't do that, instructions are sp**** on those sheets as you know but I'll give it another go.

Great job John - looks very discreet in there mate! Must remember my ear plugs next tuesday then lol!

Are you sure you can turn off the red flashing light on the oil pressure mate? I know you mentioned setting the zero point a couple of marks above zero, but is it not doing it because its lost the signal rather than it being at zero? When I first wired mine up, I tested the gauge without the sender attached to make sure I had power and it flashed red like that after the startup ceremony - i.e. when there was no signal. As soon as you switch the engine off, the sender might stop sending any voltage at all?

gauge will flash red if no sender is fitted but can be set not to flash when engine running at any temp. (but you did fit the sender didn`t you)

Yeh (and same for shak I'm sure), and its the pressure, not temperature. Its when the ignition is on but engine not running (i.e no pressure obviously ), like if you're sitting listening to the radio. I've still to try the low and high warning, I was just doing what I thought was 1 setting, low.

Yeah mate, mine's the same - temp is fine with just the ignition on, just pressure gauge goes red banana's when no pressure is detected. I guess its a good warning for when the worst happens...

After sitting behind barrys car, I liked his lack of badges as its very hard to clean around them properly and just looks cluttered. I liked them all at the start but decided a wee change (can always stick them on again if needed). Hair dryer and some autoglym tar remover, job done. Polished and waxed back to perfection with no shading/signs of the original badging:
